Join us for a foundational workshop on proven strategies to reduce turnover and increase loyalty in a competitive talent market. After completing this workshop, attendees will be able to:
- Identify the primary drivers of turnover among Millennials and Gen Z engineers and explain how these differ from traditional retention assumptions.
- Apply proven “Stay Culture” strategies that increase engagement, loyalty, and long-term commitment within engineering teams.
- Develop actionable retention plans that reduce recruiting costs and strengthen workforce stability in a competitive engineering talent market.
