ACEC Georgia has partnered with Jeff Gross, Chief Empowerment Officer with Gro-Nova to host a workshop about Leading the Next Generation: How Engineering Leaders Engage, Retain, and Grow Millennials & Gen Z. 

Join us for a foundational workshop on mindset shifts, expectations, and leadership behaviors needed in today’s firms. After completing this workshop, attendees will be able to: 

•  Recognize the mindset shifts, values, and workforce expectations influencing Millennial and Gen Z engineers, and differentiate how these differ from prior generations in engineering firms.
•  Evaluate effective leadership behaviors and communication strategies that increase engagement, performance, and retention of Millennial and Gen Z professionals.
•  Implement practical leadership strategies that foster trust, development, and long-term commitment among next-generation engineering professionals.
