Join us for a group outing on Wednesday, June 3rd at 7:20 AM at Grove Park Golf Course. You can add golf to your conference registration by selecting “Golfing at The Omni Grove Park Inn” under the Additional Items section. Cost is $128.

We recommend bringing your own clubs if possible, but rental clubs will also be available at the golf shop. 

SPA INFORMATION:

The Grove Park Spa is widely recognized as one of the premier spa experiences in the country, offering a luxurious, serene retreat nestled in the mountains.

Spa reservations have been held as a courtesy for our attendees; however, appointments must be individually scheduled and paid for by each guest. To reserve your spot, please call the hotel reservations line at 828-252-2711 and reference the group name “ACEC Georgia Engineers.” All spa bookings must be made by May 4. After that date, held appointments will be released, and any remaining availability must be booked independently. Spots go quickly!

Start your Thursday strong with the ACEC Georgia Morning Run on June 4 at 6:00 a.m., meeting in the lobby of Omni Grove Park Inn. Join fellow attendees for a scenic 3-mile run around the grounds of this iconic resort. Whether you’re chasing a fast pace, taking it easy, or somewhere in between, this is a welcoming, pace-friendly run where everyone is encouraged and no one gets left behind. Lace up, show up, and start the day with fresh air, movement, and great company.


NEW THIS YEAR: HAUNTED HALL OF EXHIBITORS 🎃

This year, the exhibit hall gets a spirited makeover with our all-new Haunted Hall of Exhibitors—a fun, family-friendly experience inspired by Asheville’s legendary ghost stories. As you explore the hall, enjoy booth-to-booth trick-or-treating, creative decorations, and plenty of surprises from our participating exhibitors. And with the famous Omni Grove Park Inn known for the tale of the mysterious Pink Lady, don’t be surprised if a little extra magic is in the air. Be sure to cast your eyes on every booth, because one exhibitor will earn bragging rights as our Best Decorated Booth winner. Costumes optional—fun encouraged.
