FAQs

What is the dress code?

Formal black-tie attire is requested. Gentlemen should wear a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo; women, a floor-length gown or an elegant cocktail dress.

How do I register my plus one/guest?

You'll indicate you're bringing a guest and that guest's name on your attendee registration. This is required for seating chart purposes. However, you must also register your guest as a separate attendee.

How do I choose my meal option?

Each guest will receive the same meal. It will be shell-fish free and contain gluten-free options. You will have the option to select a vegetarian meal if you need one during registration.

How and when will I receive my ticket and table assignment for the event?

Your table assignment will be emailed to you prior to the event. There will be no check-in at the event itself. 

How and when do I choose the VIPs sitting at my table as a Title, Reception, or Platinum Sponsor?

Sponsors will be provided a list of VIPs to choose from in February 2026. The highest level sponsor will be given first preference.

As a sponsor, how do I indicate which guests will attend the VIP Reception?

When you choose your sponsorship, you'll automatically be asked to provide the names of the attendees of the VIP Reception. There will be enough form fields for the number of VIP Reception attendees provided at your sponsorship level.

I'm a government employee. How do I access the discounted registration rate?

We welcome all our government employees at the Georgia Engineering Awards! You can email Christy Tarallo, the Director of Government Affairs for ACEC Georgia. She will provide a discount code that you can use to register at the discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you may request a full refund up until February 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM. To request a refund, simply email us at info@acecga.org. Please note that after February 13th, we will no longer be able to issue refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
