Description

The Forum is chaired by Keith Reese-Kelley with CERM, and aims to bring together professionals in the engineering industry to discuss the various legal issues and common challenges unique to the engineering industry. 

Join us this month for a presentation on “Begin with the Past: Public Projects & Alternative Delivery Methods."

This presentation will discuss why owners choose alternative delivery methods for complex projects and contrasting perspectives of public owners, contractors and subcontractors. In particular, how to avoid mismatched expectations by emphasizing the importance of plain language in scope and contract documents.
