Join ACEC Georgia's Inclusion & Diversity Task Force members and Chair, Emmanuella Myrthil, with HNTB for this month's meeting honoring May as Mental Health Awareness Month. 

We will be joined by guest speaker Wendy Watkins, Founder of Mind Body & Business, who will share a presentation on Recipes for Flourishing Success. 

In this interactive presentation, members will learn strategies to support their professional success and personal development for increased productivity and fulfillment. While chasing short-term gratification, we lose sight of the long-term satisfaction we all crave. In this fast-moving keynote, Wendy will show you how to combine the right ingredients to accomplish whatever you wish.

  • How to apply Strategic Optimism to achieve a fulfilling life 
  • Self-care boundaries to be your best self every day 
  • Daily rituals that turn an “oh-hum” day into an “I-rocked-it” day
