This session examines real-world cyber claims impacting engineering firms, including ransomware, data manipulation, and funds-transfer fraud, and how these events translate into professional liability exposure. We will outline what cyber insurance covers, key proactive risk management features, and where gaps exist. The session also addresses emerging risks from AI usage and provides practical guidance on secure enterprise AI integration, governance, and aligning cyber, insurance, and operational controls.
