Mental Load Madness: How to Offload Your Brain and Upload Your Life

 Speaker: Tracy Styf, Executive Director, Town Center CID

How do Superwomen do it all? Depends on who you ask! But according to Tracy Styf, there is a tried-and-true method for helping ease the mental load of life. As a working mom, top executive, and volunteer for many local organizations, not to mention a wife and a woman who loves to travel, Tracy has used this easy and practical approach for years to free her mind, organize her calendar, and keep things "mostly" on track. Join us for this in-person event where we mix & mingle, while hearing Tracy's secrets to success. You'll walk away with marbles in your jar, some new tricks up your sleeve, and hopefully a few new connections as well!
